Maybe I should answer this question or maybe I should not, but here goes anyways.
1st one with a QCD, I would have instructed my notary to do the QCD when they had time and it was convenient for the notaries schadule.
2nd one, same thing as above, and on top of thay I would have not asked but told the hiring party that it was going to cost them more for the closing as well.
Now thats how I run my company, and every signle notary should know and every signle hiring party should know, without the notaries around this country, no closing would happen outside their offices without the notary.
