We buy online for convenience, save time, saves money. Every time I turn around lately and do anything online I get that stupid feedback questionnaire on how my experience was. My power was out last night for about 2 hours...today, how was your experience from the power company? I order for pickup at Walmart...How was your experience? You call your bank or CC company for a general question...How was your experience? I am so sick and tired of filling out these experience forms each and every single time. I don't mind for e-Bay as that is their store and do need that And do not solicit that, but the rest I have started to ignore. It takes more time and energy lately than just going and buying at the store outright, especially Walmart. It's not a time saver when you pick up at store...Unfortunately, they offer things online that the store does not carry so I have no choice, but really a PIA.
