Scheduled a signing this morning for 7pm today with a very good fee. After numerous calls and emails, finally confirmed with borrowers at 11:30. An hour later, get cancellation notice from hiring company. I immediately email asking if borrowers have been informed as they recently confirmed. In 2 minutes flat, hiring company calls me to let me know that one of the borrowers changed employer recently and now new documentation has to be submitted. Lender will notify borrowers of delay.
Bah humbug!! 
Well, 7pm is now free. NEXT!!
