| Had one once in a rich part of town. All signed. Borrower bought a car the day before it closed. Canceled. Was back at their house one week later with a new loan that included the payoff of the car loan.... 30 year loan on a car... Borrower just laughed as their car is worth as much as a lot of folks houses.... must be nice??? |
