Great suggestions to give them options on our terms. The only thing I might take some issue with is asking them if it's customary for the notary to courier the package back. Sadly, some of the companies that routinely hire newbies would probably be willing to lie and claim that it's the norm. 
The offer to having them come get it, is right on point, in those exceptional cases where it's called for. There have been a number of times when I've done just that (after getting permission from the title co). I've even left docs in a sealed envelope on my front porch (which isn't visible from the street and is a safe place to leave things). |
