| Thank you, what about the privacy of the signer? Isn't it against nna code of conduct to hand over docs to some other person other then the title company? What if that someone lost the docs wouldnt I be held responsible? I pose the question because I was asked to meet with someone who works for the signing company to hand over the docs. |
