Sue/AZ, that usually happens when borrowers are closing on more than 1 loan - possibly several properties at once or more than 1 loan on a single property. Amrock likes to send one notary only on same date. I've had it happen where my assignment has been transferred to another notary and I've also had it happen where I'm given all those loans. When it's various loans/properties, they do pay separately for each. In other words, if your fee per signing for them is $200 and you sign borrowers for 3 properties on 11/15th, Amrock will pay you $600. They don't whittle your fee down 'cause you'll already be there. At least, that's been my experience.
