Good to know. What IS allowable Max notarization fee in MN?
I ask this because, a Va notary MAY charge up to $5 per completed certificate. Therefore, I would have NO problem quoting $250 plus travel, netting about $300.00. Of course, no journal requirement(s) here . . .
HOWEVER, as VT and SignerBill observed, the problem here with accurately determining a fair/realistic fee may be more about the P R O C E S S undertaken and less about the location.
Just lookout: Something like this is a Perfect RON excuse/opportunity (An atty just may not want to travel anymore than (s)he has to - until trial.
