| I have done a few of these over the past few years. Same affidavit 30-50 times depending on who they need to send it to. It is usually a request for medical records, employment records, etc. Everything pertaining to the lawsuit. I have always been hired directly from the attorney that is handling the case. They are from out of state and fly in for these appointment. I wasn't sure how to even bill for it and was told bill your travel fee and what your state allows per notarization. They are used to it. So charge your travel fee and $15.00 per notarization. |
