What makes you say that? I'm not aware of any statement in our notary law that says that. If you're going to make a claim that, please provide documentation or a source to prove your statement, because it appears that some of us CA notaries disagree with you.
Please read the response by LJCA below, which I do agree with. If the AKA includes some name that isn't supported by the ID, then I would agree with you, but it doesn't seem like that's what you're saying. |
