But if the criteria is, would a reasonable person know who the person is based on the ID, I would say I know who the person is as it is obvious that the DMV made a mistake on the DL. If you showed the ID & the loan docs to 10 people and asked them what is going on, at least 9 if not all 10 would conclude that the DMV put their name in the wrong order.
