You don't get the docs emailed to you. You have to go to the online warehouse and download them, following the instructions that should be provided to you in an email, along with a link to the proper warehouse location.
Of course you cannot receive SwiftSend documents unless you are a SwiftSend secure warehouse recipient. Whoever you talked to doesn't have a grasp on how SwiftSend works or what it is used for. |
