| I did a signing for a company we all know,I had signed for them many times. That signing was for Friday all went well ( I should say this was a reschedule as the borrower was no where to be found the first time.( I had turned down other offers) Over night docs all went well untill today Ms girl calls and said there was no hud in the package I returned,I told her there was a settlement statement the borrower signed it and it was returned. Ms Girlie, oh there was I will have to look into it further however you need to go back out with a hud and have her sign tonight to not hold up funding ,also your fee will be reduced !I am booked tonight and I I will not go back 1 hrs drive when someone on your end misplaced the doc. at my expense even if I was available. I guess I won't be called again! That not right!!!! |
