You got paid 10 MONTHS after the closing and still have nerve to write a good review and even thanking him for paying you? Really?
Sorry, but you are just as pathetic as he is in my opinion. We do the work, expect to get paid. No need to thank someone and be grateful for money he owes you. He should be thanking you for the 10 month free loan you gave him! Wise up! JMO
