that kind of money. IMO it can bypass some things, but how can you bypass compliance? As far as I know, there's been a lot of talk about Pavaso, but we haven't heard much about actual transactions being done with the platform. I'm all for technology, but still think there are a lot of security issues involved. I did a seller side for the sale of a CO property. The woman asked about digital transactions. Many real estate transactions are handled by Docusign these days. I still don't think lenders are going to risk lending money without a strong paper trail. |
