I am still awaiting payment from a year ago from this company! Their accountant never returns my calls and my e-mails go with no response. I think the fee dropping is bogus, lenders usually charge the borrower $175 for notary service, check it out the next signing you do, it is in the borrower's settlement statement as plain as day.
