"Starting November 1st, any Notary who ships Docs before having written consent will forfeit their Notary Fee". I would like to see that hold up in court. Believe me, I WOULD sue. If I put this on my schedule, turned away other business, printed documents, drove to customer, had sign documents and notarized, went thru documents after signing to check for errors and dropped the documents after faxing (or even before) I WILL GET PAID. My full fee!!
There is no judge in this country that would agree that we didn't get paid for our services because some Signing Service decided to try to make extra money off our backs.
