Does anyone else have this problem, or have an answer or solution... I have the Amrock app on my phone to get signing alerts. Amrock is not the highest payer, but I think very easy to work with, quick easy closings, and treats their notaries well. I welcome any closings I get from them. Sometimes on the app I get every closing I try for. I will get every one for a week or so, then all of a sudden I can't get them anymore. I will respond IMMEDIATELY to an "upcoming closing in your area" alert and it says its already taken. I mean it is not humanly possibly to respond any quicker than I do sometimes and I still miss it. I'm guessing I'm not on the first wave of notaries to get the alerts, but why? I don't have mistakes. I confirm, close out the orders, etc. I have to call Amrock and question and they (sometimes) "reset" my profile then I'm good for a week and then the problem happens again. Its frustrating to respond so quickly and not get the closing. Anyone else have this problem or know what to do? |
