Amrock has no clue... I have gone over this with them all the way to the IT manager, doesn't know how it works. They are also moving people or replacing them so don't bother calling.... I did ask a programmer client about the scheduling system. Basically 2 types, 1 is a ranking... A -B-C etc. and the location info, zip range, city ,county etc. #2 it a dump system where contacts are on a send list, all the other stuff applies. Each dump holds a number of agent and dumps the offers out, from dump 1, dump2, dump3 etc. This is so their server system is not over loaded. If you're in bucket 2 and #1 gets caught up, the order may have gone out 5 min. before you get a notice. Try uninstalling the reinstalling the app. a few times over a week. |
