One thing to be cautious of, though, when giving contact info for referrals. I strongly recommend you don't shoot yourself in the foot by giving title co contacts to a signing service. That's just an invitation for them to go over your head to get that business directly themselves and cut you out, so you have to go through the ss - at the lower rate. Over the years, I've heard plenty of evidence that this isn't a rare occurrence.
