| A recent signing service has obtained a large title company as a client. Since then they of course have lowered their signing fee by at least 25%. It was explained that this was based on the fees Seattle area notaries charge average around $55. My question being is that accurate or could this be just something the signing service is using in their sales pitch? If it is accurate, do Seattle notaries pick up and deliver documents to their local title companies for that fee?? |
