| It's very unprofessional of YOU if you book a closing at 5:23, go home for the night and don't check your email until you get into the office the next morning at who knows what time. Things happen. Maybe she didn't check her schedule when she accepted the assignment and later realized that there was a conflict. That has happened to me. The fact that she cancelled within an hour makes her action acceptable in my opinion. |
