...have already been submitted to Alabama's Attorney General to render an Opinion. Answers have been given but have not been made public.

It's going to be a bumpy ride for awhile. I wouldn't be surprised if they end up having to amend this process several times before they get it right. The new Marriage Certificate doesn't even have the typical Alabama Notary Certificate section. It looks and reads nothing like the usual Jurat.

It goes into effect tomorrow. I'll report back in a week or two and let you know how it goes.
