My youngest daughter lives in Oakland and works in Concord. Both are scheduled for outages. She and her dog came to stay with me for the next couple of days. Luckily, she can work out of her Sacramento office during those days.
I can't get on to PG&E website this morning to pay my bill. Tried calling and recording advises they're only handling specific services over the phone (not payments) and anything else will have to wait. So my question is … for those affected by the outages, will they receive a prorated billing discount for those days without service?
On a business note -- for the past few months, at least, my phone has been ringing/buzzing like crazy and email has been similarly busy with signing opportunities. Today, only 1 email. Wonder if lenders and TCs are holding off due to outages … ??
