If you have no power, you cannot run the meter? Just my logic, why would they prorate? It's shut down Frown I think you could also pay your bill online with your bill pay as well through your bank too avoid any late charges. What a nightmare, BUT at least they gave you warning. I don't think there can be closings where you have to print or scan with no power. They would have to overnight everyone affected their packages. Just my guess.
