I was fortunate enough to get the docs and review them during business hours. I called and asked where the missing documents were, and they said they were "already signed" and I only had to obtain signatures on the documents I was sent. Full fee paid - no problems. I just thought it was odd, never happened before.
The only thing, sign them on the 14th, not the 13th. Also this gives you more time to try and reach someone, hopefully. Also you can call your borrowers and ask them if they have signed anything regarding this loan, previously. |
