That nearly always works for me when I don't get a call back. One exception recently was with an 85 yr old lady who, while still pretty sharp, wasn't up to speed on this text stuff. She got my messages (just reconfirming a detail) but since I hadn't worded my text as a direct question, she didn't realize I was looking for a response. (She did answer her phone, at least...) I'll be more careful in the future.  |
