Not sure who Realogy is, but can assure you it's not with Title Helpers. That partnership has been in place for many years. Yes, they do Flash closings, and pay the same, less work...I will take all I can get. The buyer does their portion prior to my arrival and I being a small package of wet docs...much better all the way around.
