In this career, we are only as good as our last few closings. Unfortunately the "clean up" crew meaning seasoned, experienced notaries, are rarely getting the screw-ups from the newbies to fix, because they make the newbies scan back their paperwork to be graded. If they pass, they get to drop the package and wait 45 days to get paid their $$. SS and title companies are saving about 25-35% off each closing, so that's what our profession has come to.
Hang onto the great companies that are still left and appreciate us...it won't last forever. |
