Refi packages
Posted by  Yoli/CA of CA on 1/15/20 10:17am Msg #614648
I'm also in CA and have been an NSA since Jan. 2006. In those 14 years, I've seen refis anywhere from 75 pages all the way to over 200 pages. It all depends on the lender and title company and type of loan involved.

Most credit unions and small banks (i.e. US Bank) are small packages. Quicken loans through Amrock are usually under 100 pages. Traditionally, SunTrust and Bank of America packages were approx. 200 pages.

VA packages usually contain at least approx. 15 additional pages. FHA, same thing.

Packages where signers are not married to each other, the 1003 is separate for each one. So, if you have 4 signers and none of them are married to any of the others, the package will be larger.

If there is a Trust involved, there's additional pages.

Many variables. That's why I make it a point to ask questions during the scheduling call so I can price accordingly.
