Hey who would sign this? I was thinking borrower, but does the borrower make "personal inspections" of the property? And what would they put after "with a legal description of:"?
SURVEY AFFIDAVIT
The undersigned being first duly sworn on oath, depose(s) and say(s):
1. That he/she/they is/are familiar with and has/have made a personal inspection of the property located at ____________
____________________________________, with a legal description of:
as of the hereinafter referenced date; and
2. That he/she/they has/have reviewed the latest house location survey prepared by ____________________________________
and dated __________________________________; and
3. That to the best of affiant's knowledge, as of the date of this Affidavit, none of the following matters exist or were disclosed by
said inspection which are not already shown on the aforesaid survey: [If any such matters do exist, please check here ƒ· and

a. No structural changes to any of the improvements shown on the survey.
b. No additional improvements which are not shown on the survey, including but not limited to decks, fences, patios,
porches, garages, or other outbuildings, pools, sheds, walls, etc.
c. No rights of way, including those for roads, lanes, driveways, or walks across said premises serving other property.
d. No streams, ponds, or lakes located, bordering or running through the property.
e. No telephone, telegraph or electric power poles or wires overhanging or crossing said premises and serving other
property or properties.
f. No underground installations such as sewers, water pipes, gas or oil pipelines, or conduits, across the property |
