I do a ton of closings for them (24 this year already). They are generally easy to work with. The docs are usually available the day before, sometimes a few days before. They have access to my calendar, so they automatically assign deals me based on my availability. It can be a little cumbersome keeping their calendar updated, but I've never had any problems. They pay every two weeks by direct deposit.
They have my fee schedule so there's never any dickering over that. |
