I once worked with them when their standard refi fee was $125...then they went down, down, down.
I now work for them sporadically and get my fee of $140. They call me when they have a disgruntled or high profile client.
Recently I signed a gentleman in his 80s, had a stroke and a major film star whom we all grew up with. I traveled to the rehab center where he was receiving daily PT. Such a gentleman. He rolled up the hallway with his 2 yo grandson in his lap and his two daughters pushing him to the meeting room. He signed the best way he could. It was a wonderful experience helping someone who really needed someone like me to be patient and compassionate. His wife passed recently, which brought on the stroke.
I told him I loved ALL his movies, and he smiled and tried to thank me. He lost his ability to speak, temporarily. |
