Closing package appears to be incomplete?
Posted by NK_UT of UT on 2/16/20 1:49pm Msg #615801
I am getting ready to go out on a signing. Refi. Closing package seems to be missing documents. The fee in the email thread confirms the $1xx signing fee, the assignment details PDF lists $0.00 signing fee. There are numerous loose-leaf acknowledgments that, according to past experience, should be attached to several documents that appear to not be present in the package. Refi package only has 56 pages in all (including said loose-leaf acks and notary instruction pages).

My spidey senses are telling me something is wrong here.
