I agree this is probably a hybrid with most of the docs e-signed in advance. One thing I'd look out for though, are those loose acknowledgment certs. I don't know about Utah, but here in CA, we're not allowed to notarize incomplete documents. Completing a certificate without the whole document attached is an invitation for fraud. If I were in that situation, I'd have to refuse to notarize if the document itself was missing, but again, I don't know what your state allows. Bad form to send something out like that, IMO.

Have you tried texting to all those numbers? You never know if they are cell numbers or not, but it's worth a try.
