People have no idea of the time, energy and effort to handle their files.

Oh well...I'm careful to let them know what's involved to get to them, in heavy traffic, etc.

So ungrateful.

BTW, this weekend was a ballbuster. I'm exhausted today. The 101 was a screaming mess. Some times we simply aren't compensated adequately for the time involved...we're supposed to do this for minimum wage!
