Btw, came across a lady at Staples buying some reams of legal. I said, "You must be a Notary!" She said she was and I asked her about her signings. She had been busy over last several days. Told me she was signing in people's "garages." Not sure how that helps with exposure. Just sayin'. . .
Shortly thereafter I ran into (not literally) a courier in a real estate vehicle who I chatted with in a light drizzle. I tnought he was a R.E. agent. He told me he was still picking up & delivering but taking sensible precautions - handling packages that had been wiped down when handed to him and vice versa, wiping down the car inside regularly during the day, praying for more rain (well, he did say he was grateful for the bit we had anyway!)  Guy was middle-aged in reasonably good health. Positive attitude at least.
