I did share my information and trust me, I have inquired weeks 1 and 2. You asked, I responded. I don't believe it is "my" future.
Will the big box players go all in? Maybe, probably, I don't work for any of them.
So either jump in with all the newbies, who is your competition now doing RON. RON is the best thing to happen to newbies because they were starving the traditional way and difficult to break in competing with us with experience.
RON needs no signing agent experience, you are simply notarizing the recorded docs. Giving an oath, checking ID...5 minutes, click here and there and done.
I geared my business model to smaller companies and has worked quite well. Ron is an expensive investment. If nobody is asking, why should I do it?
If that day ever comes, I probably will move on to the next thing...I have no desire to work for $10.00 and save everything for 10 years. jmo
