I remember the modifications from the last crisis. The biggest scam was the applications that required upfront fees and the "modification company" just walked away with the money and never helped the borrower. There were laws passed by almost every state against the fees being charged before any work to modify the loan had been done.
So, is this unnamed company offering the same fee ($30) for the Partial Claims Agreement as they do for the Debt Settlement's? |
