As much as I agree, if it's in the package they and you need to fill it out.
I asked title when doing some in-house closings and it's for 2 reasons. #1 It protects them from liability
#2 it will help in contact tracing if someone got it, in the office who may catch it you are in contact with, and so on.
We fill it out, and in the stack it goes.
I don't read or judge, just another form not for me to decide.
