I had that happen to a set of signed docs going back to my client. They're local and like to use ground, which I think should only take another day or so. Fortunately, I still had my drop-off receipt - and they did show in a couple of days.
I think it's true that these drivers are under lots of pressure, with more deliveries than ever. My hat is off to them. Sure wouldn't want THAT job! |
