I have a heightened respect for realtors. Since I am knee-deep in the house buying process, I had really no clue how much work and effort your realtor does. They negotiate your contract, they follow up with the seller's agent all the time, they have to keep tabs on the lending and title process and everything in between like inspections and such. Then if it didn't pass, they have to renegotiate and also work your concessions and make sure no deadlines pass or lose your escrow. It's really a huge multi-tasking endeavor. I can't imagine juggling a dozen purchases or sales at one time. It's so much more than showing property and signing a contract. I cannot imagine juggling real estate, showing properties, and doing closings in our current COVID environment, so hats off to you! |
