the public has no idea of all they are paying the brokerage for when it comes to service in real estate. We do all the sweating behind the scenes and try to spare our clients of stress unless necessary.

But...money is better in real estate but honestly, i prefer my notary clients cuz they are happy people except the jerk yesterday. One of the few I have not gone away from thinking, I could sit down and have a drink with if they offered!
