I remember so many times when my Brother printer was just "cooling off" after printing a huge loan package of 450 pages. They are not designed for high monthly duty cycle like an HP. With an HP 4350 you can print close to 1000 loans a month like in an escrow office. I have never seen a Brother printer in a title or escrow office. Escrow offices have big Canon printer with 5 or 7 trays and the size of a man. I have seen a lot of HP 4350 in my escrow clients desks.
