Most of us were drop-kicked into this business and received OTJ training trial by error. You will have a certain amount of that experience too.

Best wishes to you, I never had a mentor, but I had long experience in the lending/building/escrow/title/sales/foreclosure business since right out of college.

I'm not sure if you'll be successful in finding a mentor, as no one wants to train their competition, but thi forum is a great place to start.
