I didn't see the resultvdirectly myself, but she showed me what she wrote down, which I believe was 93.7. LOL! (This was done outdoors, in about 85 degree heat.) My normal is usually about 97.3... A little dyslexic maybe?
This was for some GNW at a nearby Assisted Living facility. They have tents set up outside the front entrance in some spots where there used to be parking. No one meets with any residents (let alone goes inside) without filling out a form and getting their temperature taken. I have no problem with that, either, except to the extent that it might give people a false sense of confidence. Clearly, it could screen out people who are currently, actively sick. However, the lack of a fever is no guarantee that a person doesn't have the virus, but is pre-symptomatic or asymptomatic. Better than nothing, though!
