Yet when it comes to timely payment to their vendors they seriously fall short. I always have to call for payment. I remind them that their terms of payment are net 30. I usually get paid immediately. Doesn't seem like a very well run company, or display quality service to the people who rock their world.
Lots of fancy jargon, but the rubber often doesn't meet the road, IMO.
