Only working for the best, fees mostly between $125 to $250, some $100 if the seller's package, nearby or a HELOC. Distance, COVID, number of signers, day of the week, time of the day/night, size of the package, all considerations when naming the fee.

Someone I've never heard of...nope, not during EOM. Can't take the chance I'll be chasing it.

Loving the outdoors, signings in the fresh air.
