Last week (against my better judgement), I accepted an offer from SD mainly because it was close and at a good time of day for a reasonable offer and then the actual lender contacted me and wanted me to fill out their crap -many many pages of dribble to qualify to "work" for them, etc. One of the docs they wanted me to fill out was a 'DIVERSITY" schedule 2 page doc and other pieces of dribble that SD had on me or I wouldn't be in their list.
I bet 98% of us are 1 person operations. We are not a Union shops with multiple personell in our ranks. Frankly, I was offended and really pissed off that they even sent that to me. I refused and told them that, then the next day, they still forwarded me docs, and what went thru my mind is that even if I did the job, it would be a hassle to get paid. I am really done with SD now and was wondering if any of you out there has encountered a request for Diversity w/in your 1 person shops?
I came really close to sending back a real wise ass answer, but decided to just walk away
