| Those are for the hiring company, not SD. One of the major title companies required a diversity document. It doesn’t really apply if you’re a one man show like us and I just put a note on it that I was a sole proprietorship and it doesn’t apply. That was good enuf for them as I think they’re just doing it to check a box. |
